Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Mahekmaa Perfumers, all sales of attar are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at mahekmaap@gmail.com with your order details. Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mahekmaap@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:
If a cancellation is approved before delivery, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
