At Mahakma Perfumers, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details.
We use reliable courier partners to ensure your attar products arrive in perfect condition. The estimated delivery time for all orders is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package through the courier’s tracking system. Please note that we currently only ship within India and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package is damaged during transit or is lost, please contact us immediately at mahekmaap@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
As all attar products are handmade and natural, slight variations in scent, color, or bottle design may occur. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
